This Phronesis Software Services User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'User Agreement'), which consists of the documents referred to in this agreement and the documents that are an integral part of the agreement, is between Phronesis Software Services and the User who is a member of the Site, for the purpose of the User becoming a member of the Site and It is arranged that the agreement is approved by the User in the electronic environment where the relevant Site is located. All Phronesis Software Services users are deemed to have accepted the "User Agreement" announced here. As a member of our site; You acknowledge, declare and undertake that you have read the user agreement, understood its content and accepted and approved its terms.

Definitions

Phronesis Software Services is a "Fortnite, Val, Call of Duty, Apex Legends, Rust, CSGO 2" game addon. In this agreement, the Phronesis Software Services program will be briefly referred to as "program", Fortnite, Val, Call of Duty, Apex Legends, Rust, CSGO 2 will be referred to as "game" for short. The natural or legal person who is a member of the Site and benefits from the services offered on the Site, under the conditions specified in this contract, will be referred to as the "user".

Subject and Scope of the Agreement

The subject of the User Agreement is the determination of the services offered on the Site, the terms of benefiting from these Services and the rights and obligations of the parties. The scope of the User Agreement is all statements such as warnings, texts and explanations made by Phronesis Software Services regarding the use, membership and Services contained in this agreement and its annexes. By accepting the terms of the User Agreement, the user also accepts all kinds of statements made by Phronesis Software Services regarding the use, membership and Services in the Site. a) Membership Completion

Membership is completed by submitting the necessary information to become a member of the Site by the person who wants to become a User from the relevant section of the Site and confirming the registration process by Phronesis Software Services. Before the membership process is completed, you cannot have the right and authority to become a User defined in this agreement.

b) Age Requirements

In order to become a member of the Site, it is necessary to be of age and not to be temporarily suspended from membership or be banned from membership indefinitely by Phronesis Software Services in accordance with Article 5.2 of this agreement. The fact that minors or persons who have been temporarily suspended from membership by Phronesis Software Services or who have been banned from membership indefinitely pursuant to article 5.2 of this agreement, as stated above, have completed the Site registration process will not result in their becoming a member of the Site.

Rights and Obligations

5.1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

a) User Compliance

User; will act in accordance with all the conditions in the User Agreement, the rules specified in the relevant parts of the Site and all applicable legislation while performing the membership procedures, benefiting from the Services of the Site and performing any action related to the Services on the Site, accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she understands and approves all terms and conditions specified.

b) Information Disclosure

The User shall be authorized to disclose his/her confidential/private/commercial information to both official authorities and right holders, in case of alleged violation of the rights of other Users and third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the mandatory legislation in force, and therefore, accepts, declares and undertakes that no compensation can be claimed under any name.

c) Account Security

Users are solely responsible for the security, storage, keeping away from the information of third parties and use of the means of accessing the system (Username, password, license key, etc.) that Users use in order to benefit from the Services offered by Phronesis Software Services. Phronesis Software Services does not have any direct or indirect responsibility for the damages suffered or to be incurred by the Users and/or third parties due to all negligence and faults of the Users in terms of keeping the security of the system entry tools, keeping them away from the information of third parties, using them.

d) Information Accuracy

Users accept, declare and undertake that the information and content provided by them within the Site are correct and in compliance with the law. Phronesis Software Services is not liable and responsible for investigating the accuracy of the information and content transmitted by Phronesis Software Services or uploaded, changed or provided by the Users on the Site, and undertaking and guaranteeing that this information and content is safe, accurate and legal. It cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur due to its wrong or wrongdoing.

e) Rights Transfer

Users cannot transfer their rights and obligations under the User Agreement, in whole or in part, to any third party without the written consent of Phronesis Software Services.

f) Lawful Use

Those who benefit from the Services offered by Phronesis Software Services and those who use the Site can only transact on the Site for lawful purposes. The legal and criminal responsibility of the Users in every transaction and action they take within the Site belongs to them. Each User may access pictures, texts, audiovisual images, video clips, files, databases, programs, software, source codes, catalogs and It accepts, declares and undertakes that it will not reproduce, copy, distribute, process the lists, and will not compete directly and/or indirectly with Phronesis Software Services either by these actions or by other means.

g) License Terms

The program provided under the terms of this agreement is for your personal use only and is subject to a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the services. The User agrees not to sublicense, rent, loan, or in any way transfer the Program or Service. In addition, it will not change, adapt, reverse engineer, or obtain source code from the software; or not to use the Program or the Service except as expressly provided in this agreement. Legal action will be taken against individuals who are found to have committed the specified violations.

h) Key Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your license key. Lost, leaked, or compromised keys void warranty and are not eligible for compensation. Each license key is tied to one machine. Multi-device use is not allowed unless we approve a transfer in advance. Requesting a license key reset with mismatched machine data may result in termination of your license key without any compensation or refunds.

5.2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PHRONESIS SOFTWARE

a) Service Modifications

Phronesis Software Services reserves the right to change the services and content offered on the Site at any time.

b) Product Changes

The products on the Phronesis Software Services site may be subject to snapshot changes. c) Product Removal

d) Program Availability

Phronesis Software Services reserves the right to disable or disable the program. In these cases, users cannot claim the continuity of the services. e) Liability Disclaimer

f) Intended Use

This program has been prepared to be used in offline games to train yourself in the mentioned game and/or test the game's features. In online games, it is strictly forbidden to use any game add-ons. Accounts of game users who are found to be using any game add-ons by game publishers may be suspended.

g) Service Availability

The publishers of the program always try to keep the program ready for use. However, in some technical problems or technical problems with the companies that provide the network infrastructure, the servers and the program may go offline. In these cases, users cannot claim the continuity of the services.

h) Account Termination

The site administration may delete a user's account at any time it observes violations of the laws or program rules or without giving any reason. The fact that the services connected to the program have been purchased does not change the situation.

i) Bug Abuse

As a result of abusing the bugs in the software and gaining unfair advantage as a result, the account of the person who abused the vulnerability may be closed. The account of the person who first discovered the vulnerability and reported it to the management by following the relevant communication steps instead of using it, will not be closed.

j) Impersonation

The accounts used and used in this business by those who act in actions that may cause material/moral harm to the management or persons by misleading other users by using the same or similar user name of one of the persons in the site management will be closed.

k) Support Services

Phronesis Software Services may provide support or forum services to users. These services are subject to rules. In case of violations of the rules stated below, the penalties determined by the site administration will apply:

To curse
To advertise
Sell or buy account
Transfer or take over your account
Provoking users against the administration
Account hacking
Sharing personal information of other players

l) Agreement Changes

Phronesis Software Services may make changes to the user agreement. These changes are notified to the user when they log into the site.

m) Payment Information

The user must correctly enter the information requested by the payment system while performing the payment transaction. Otherwise, Phronesis Software Services is not responsible for any problems that may occur.

n) Antivirus Detection

The program may be detected as a virus by various security programs (antivirus programs, etc.) due to the codes and add-ons it contains. Every user who has registered on the Phronesis Software Services site or has used the program is deemed to have accepted this situation.

o) System Changes

The program makes various changes on the users' computers. Every user who has registered on the Phronesis Software Services site or has used the program is deemed to have accepted this situation.

p) Data Collection

Users using the program accept that their computer data (IP address, hard disk id number, etc.) can be saved with "remember me" on. Phronesis Software Services does not share any of their collected information with websites or third parties.

Product Cancellation and Return Conditions

Other Provisions

Users cannot resell, share, distribute, display, reproduce, create or prepare derivative works from Phronesis Software Services information and copyrighted works.

8.2. CONTRACT CHANGES

Phronesis Software Services may, at its sole discretion and unilaterally, amend this User Agreement at any time it deems appropriate, by posting it on the Site. The amended provisions of this User Agreement will become valid on the date they are announced.

8.3. FORCE MAJEURE

In all cases deemed legally 'force majeure', Phronesis Software Services is not liable for late or incomplete performance or non-performance of any of its obligations set out in this User Agreement. These and similar cases shall not be deemed as delay, incomplete performance or non-performance or default for Phronesis Software Services.

8.4. APPLICABLE LAW AND AUTHORITY

United States Law will be applied in the implementation, interpretation and management of legal relations arising within the provisions of this User Agreement.

8.5. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

This User Agreement will remain in effect as long as the User is a member of the Site and will continue to have provisions and consequences between the parties; It will be deemed to have ended in the event that the User's membership period expires or his membership is suspended temporarily or permanently.

Phronesis Software Services may terminate the contract unilaterally in the event that the Users violate this User Agreement and/or similar rules regarding the usage, membership and Services in the Site.
